SHORT BIO

I always I wanted to be a teacher. That dream occurred when I was hired to teach history at Ontario HS for 18 years. I was asked to come to the Chaffey District office to help set up and teach for their first PD department. After a few years of doing this, I was hired at San Bernardino County Supt. of Schools as H-SS Coordinator. I ended up going back to Claremont Grad School to get my Admin credential and a Ph.D. I served as the SBCSS H-SS Coordinator for 17 years and had incredible experiences and opportunities, sometimes too many. At one point I was Director of the Inland SoCal CA3Rs Project, the SCORE H-SS website and the Inland Empire Consortium for International Studies in as part of my county duties. When I retired from SBCSS in 2006, I went to CSU San Bernardino for 6 more years.
